Disclosing Your Disabilities/Conditions and Requesting Reasonable Adjustments
Please use the “My Disability Support” section on your My Portal login to disclose any disability, neurodivergence, mental health condition, or long-term health conditions lasting, or likely to last, 12 months or more.
