An advanced rent payment of £250 is required when booking. A guarantor is required. The accommodation team can advise of alternative accommodation if an applicant does not have a guarantor or deposit.

- En-suite Bathroom: Shower, basin, mirror, toilet and towel rails.
- Kitchen (Shared between 5, 6 or 7 rooms): Cooking hobs, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, cupboards, breakfast bar, sofa, stools, iron, ironing board, bin, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner, noticeboard.
