Fees and Scholarships

International students must normally pay their tuition fees in full at or before enrolment. 

Paying a Tuition Fee Deposit for a CAS

If you need a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) to apply for a Student Visa:

• You must pay 50% of your tuition fees before your CAS can be issued
• You must pay the remaining balance at or before enrolment

Please note:

• We can only issue a CAS once you have met all offer conditions
• If your visa application is refused, or you do not meet your offer conditions, your payment will be refunded minus an administration fee

How to Pay Your Deposit

Our preferred payment method is via the online applicant portal.
Once you have an unconditional offer, you will be asked to pay your tuition fee deposit:

1.    Log in to the applicant portal
2.    Go to the ‘Tasks’ section
3.    Select ‘Pay a Tuition Fee Deposit’
4.    Follow the instructions to complete your payment

You may choose to pay your full tuition fees at this stage if you are certain you will enrol at University Centre Leeds.

If you are in receipt of a scholarship or other fee waiver, this will be applied to your fee balance at a later date. You will be required to pay a tuition fee deposit of 50% of your gross fees, without the fee waiver applied. The fee waiver will be applied before you pay the remainder of your tuition fees.

Paying the Remainder of your Fees

International tuition fees are listed on the course pages.

You must pay the rest of your tuition fees at or before enrolment. 

In August, you will be invited to complete online enrolment, where you will:

• Confirm your details
• Pay any outstanding tuition fee balance

Please note:

• You cannot complete online enrolment until your fees are paid in full
• Payments can take a few days to process
• You must complete online enrolment before attending in-person enrolment

Flywire

All fee payments will be facilitated through the secure external payment system, Flywire. Flywire enables you to make payments easily and securely in your own currency using a variety of local payment methods including online banking, bank transfers and cards. The available payment methods depend on the country you are paying from.

Eligibility Criteria

University Centre Leeds Scholarship:

• Be classed as an international applicant.
• Have applied for a full-time programme at University Centre Leeds beginning in September 2026
• Received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission for the academic year 2026-27
• Be available to start academic studies at University Centre Leeds in September 26 – no deferral to a subsequent academic year will be permitted.
• Be able to satisfy current UK immigration requirements.
• All scholarships and any discounts will be stated on the offer letter.
• The scholarship/discount is applicable for September 2026 entry and valid for the entire course: so for a 3-year course it will apply every year.
• The scholarship discount is only available to international applicants.
• The scholarship/discount is only available for full-time undergraduate (including top-ups) and postgraduate degrees.
• The scholarship/discount requires a deposit payment and tuition payments as outlined on the offer letter and by the deadline given.
• University Centre Leeds reserves the right to withdraw the discount from anyone who is found to have misled the University Centre about any aspect of their application and to seek repayment of any monies already paid by appropriate means, or in the event of no payment of fees/ late payment.
