In 2020 there was a 54% increase in online purchasing of beauty products and, consequently, digital and social advertising spending by cosmetics companies has also increased. That trend has also fuelled greater use of influencer marketing strategies and interactive retail and technology, such as virtual reality for beauty rooms and consultation and exclusive digital product promotion launches.
This course focuses on developing the specialist skills that are in increasing demand by the fast paced and exhilarating global beauty industry to identify fashion and beauty trends, create content for visual platforms and promote ideas to a consumer audience.
