My love for makeup began aged 15, when I was inspired by makeup artists such as Jordan Hans and Lex. This led me to work at a variety of makeup stores – including NYX, Chanel and Too Faced – where I learnt from makeup artists who’d previously worked for MAC, Bobbi Brown and at Portugal Fashion Week. My degree has been invaluable in developing my knowledge of special effects and prosthetics. I’m particularly drawn to fashion and editorial makeup, and love creative directing and collaborating with others on projects. In the future I’d like to take a specialist course in special effects and prosthetics to build on my existing knowledge.
