I’ve always had a love for theatre and film, often going to see musicals with my family. I began to wonder what went into creating the amazing characters I saw on stage and my love for makeup stemmed from there. Before starting my degree, I studied Media Makeup for TV & Film at Stockton Riverside College. Both courses have given me experience in film and photography makeup, including working on a short film recreation of Atonement. I’ve also worked on two separate theatre shows and built an understanding of correct makeup under stage lighting. In the future, I’d love to work on film & TV sets or in theatre.
