My journey in hair and makeup began almost 11 years ago, when I was an apprentice at an award-winning salon. I was then lucky enough to be chosen from 1,600 applicants to be a member of the 2012 ‘Schwarzkopf Young Artistic Team’, where I travelled around Europe learning from leading industry professionals. I also set up my own brand, Hula Hair, specialising in creative colour and vintage cuts. I’m still developing my skills on my degree and will move on to achieve my BA Hons Top-up degree next year. I have a real passion for period and historical hairstyling, which is reflected in the ancient influences of my showcase pieces.
