I’ve developed a whole range of new skills while at University Centre Leeds – including makeup application, styling wigs, knotting facial pieces and special effects. I’ve gained experience on various student films, creating tutorials, applying makeup on actors and designing looks to ensure continuity. My main passions lie in historic hair and makeup, and I’m always inspired by Rebecca Butterworth’s makeup tutorials for English Heritage. I aspire to work on period films and TV dramas like Emma, Pride & Prejudice and Cinderella.
