My course introduced me to a whole range of techniques, such as SFX sculpting and application, and I used these skills while working with Psycho Pictures on their new film The Cut. I had to create realistic cuts and bruises, and the experience was really valuable for giving me an insight into TV & film. I’m heavily inspired by wildlife and history documentaries to create the most unique hair and makeup designs. I’d like to progress on to a BA Hons degree, before working on a period drama, or even for the National Opera or English National Ballet.
