My interest in makeup began when I was taking part in dance shows aged 14, and realised I’d rather be backstage applying makeup on the performers than performing myself! I began teaching myself basic makeup techniques via YouTube tutorials, before going on to study makeup at college – where I learnt about special effects and popular fashion makeup trends – which led to my degree at Leeds City College. I’m constantly inspired by makeup artists such as Pat McGrath, Charlotte Tilbury and Gucci Westman, and have a passion for playing with different colour schemes. I hope others can appreciate my creative style.
