Once you've decided which course is right for you the next step is to apply. For details of how to apply please see below:

Apply through UCAS if you’re:

• A Full-time applicant
• Applying for a subject other than Teacher Training

On your UCAS application you'll need to enter the institution code for University Centre Leeds which is L21 and the course code for your chosen course which can be found on the course pages.

Please note that UCAS charge an application fee of £27.50 for a 2024 application.

Apply directly through our website if you’re:

• A Part-time applicant
• A Postgraduate applicant 
• A Teacher Training applicant 
• Currently studying at Leeds City College, Harrogate College, Keighley College or University Centre Leeds and wishing to apply for our Animal Management and Behaviour or one of our Creative Arts Foundation Degrees.

There is no application fee for applying directly to us.

Students requiring a Student Visa

University Centre Leeds welcomes students from across the EU and international students who are already residing in the UK. University Centre Leeds is not currently recruiting students who require a Student Visa to study in the UK.

You will need to know: 

  • University Centre Leeds’ UCAS institution codeL21
  • The UCAS course code for your course – you can find this on the course’s page on our website, or in our Prospectus. 

Search our courses

Everyone applying between September and the UCAS deadline on 31 January will have equal consideration, regardless of when they apply. We also consider applications throughout the year, as long as there are still places available on that course. 

Once submitted, our Admissions Office will process your application. Once the application has been carefully considered, you’ll find out if you have received an offer through the UCAS Hub.

University Centre Leeds holds online information sessions throughout the year to help students applying to Higher Education, and their parents and carers.

How do I apply directly to University Centre Leeds?
