About the course

New for 2020, our Policing Foundation Degree is crafted in-line with College of Policing recruitment requirements, equipping you for employment in the police force or other criminal agencies. You will study a variety of academic and technical modules broadening your understanding of policing, psychology, crime, criminal law, and the justice system.


Our range of modules allow you to forge your own career path within the force or other criminal agencies. With this foundation degree, you will also be encouraged to engage in voluntary schemes available through West Yorkshire Police to gain practical skills.
