About the course
Practise meaningful management by building on the skills acquired in your foundation degree or HND programme. This course takes a dual approach, blending management theory with practical application to the workplace. In particular, you will focus on strategic issues of business, developing strong analytical skills and market knowledge in the process.
Our modules cover core senior management level subjects ranging from marketing, to human resources management, allowing you to draw leadership inspiration from multiple disciplines. The research project/dissertation will allow you to identify and research a specific area of interest within the leadership and management disciplines.
By covering multiple strands of management, you will be able to select the concepts that strike a chord with you, using them to influence your own personal management style. You'll also be able to identify and solve strategic business issues that may occur during your career as a team leader. Progression can lead to further study or employment.
Please note, there are multiple pathways within this course to offer a breadth of occupational contexts, each UCAS code refers to the individual pathway.
